Name Details

Mr Mark Talbot

Mark Talbot is DCAT’s Chief Executive.  He has been in senior roles in Eastbourne, Hastings and Berkshire for over 15 years. He also has experience of working to support other schools. As former Principal of St Catherine's College in Eastbourne, he has a passion for church school education. He leads a child-centred culture with a belief that every child can achieve his/her God-given potential. This, along with other successes, led to St Catherine's College being judged as outstanding for its Christian leadership and distinctiveness as well as being heavily oversubscribed.

Mr David Brixey                    I was privileged to work in schools for my whole career, finishing as a Headteacher

(Associate Member)               of an 11 to 18 Secondary school.  I am Chair of Governors at Lancastrian Infant

School and have enjoyed greatly getting to know about teaching and learning for

younger children.  I have lived in Chichester for 30 years and my sons went to

local schools, as do two of my grandsons.  I am a keen gardener, cyclist and cook!
